Hi my name is Utkarsh. I'm currently a postdoctoral fellow in Gibson lab at BWH and Harvard Medical School. I'm working on building Microbial General Intelligence (MGI), which will unleash microbiome-therapeutics.

I have a PhD in theoretical physics and machine learning from Johns Hopkins University. I was advised by Jared Kaplan, the co-creator of GPT-3 and co-founder of Anthropic. I worked with X, the Moonshot Factory (formerly Google X) in 2020 as a research intern.
